This review is long overdue. Renting from Total access was easy, price was great (much less than I expected) and the customer service was amazing. I rented a mobility scooter during Jazz Fest, due to a knee replacement. The scooter was delivered to my hotel on time and in good condition. I had a minor battery issue, and a new one was delivered and installed within 30 minutes. I highly recommend renting from Total Access Mobility. And if you have any issue getting around, whether from a permanent or temporary disability, do not hesitate to rent a mobility scooter!

My family stayed in New Orleans for a few days and my father needed some extra help walking around. I contacted Total Access Mobility and they had the perfect scooter for him. They even delivered it and picked it up at the hotel we are staying at free of charge. We toured the WWII all day today and the scooter didn’t even use 25% of the battery. It was easy for him to get in and out of and had simple controls to use. Their pricing was very reasonable and didn’t have a 2-day minimum like some of the other companies. We also had the scooter for a full 24 hours. Furthermore, the seat pops off and the steering bar folds down, so it fits perfectly in the back of a cab or Uber. I highly recommend Total Access Mobility.

Daniel is the absolute go-to for your accessibility needs! I have knee injuries and can’t walk for long stretches. I ordered a 4-wheel electric buggy, and what a great idea!

Daniel was the most wonderful, easy-going, kind soul to work with for my needs. They dropped off my electric buggy the day before Mardi Gras (St Anne’s Parade) at my friend’s house and picked it up the day after. The price was absolutely fair and affordable!

They are so great to work with! I’d give them a 10-star rating, but they only allow 5!

I used Total Access Mobility Services for a long weekend in New Orleans, starting the day after Mardi Gras. The scooter was awesome, though the streets of NOLA gave me a core workout, with all the bumps, cracks, holes, and manhole covers in the middle of the sidewalk. However, without my scooter, I would never have been able to make the trip. They dropped off as promised but didn’t pick up for a couple of days after my rental agreement. I wish I could have continued to use it, but I parked it by the hotel security station in wait. Very nice people when I spoke to them on the phone. Will rent from again!
